Artwork Requirements

If your images are from a website on the internet, there is a good chance that the resolution will not be high enough for printing. The image will reproduce poorly on press as the image will look fuzzy and/or pixelated. Such images should not be used for printing.

If you submit low resolution files for printing, you will be asked to replace them with high resolution images or be asked to agree to a waiver acknowledging that you are aware of the resulting loss of quality and that you will accept the final image as is.

Print Ready Files

Vector Files (Preferred): EPS, AI, PDF
Create all type to outlines / Embed placed images

Photoshop files: PSD, PDF, TIFF
Best Resolution is created at 300ppi or greater
Least accepted is 150ppi created at actual size
Your files must be built to the final print size
File must contain artwork on one layer with a transparent background

Please ensure your files are saved without any crop marks as these marks will be considered part of the artwork and will print on the finished product.

Other File Types (subject to re-creation charge)

TIF, PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF
On Time will determine if these file need to be re-created in another format. This all depends on what the files will be used for.
